With 200+ specialized metalworking machines and ISO-certified quality control, KINSTO's manufacturing workflow integrates advanced technologies including CNC machining, robotic welding, and automated powder coating. Our vertically integrated production ensures strict control from raw material to finished product.

Material Preparation

Cold-rolled steel coils from certified suppliers, precision cut using 6000W fiber laser systems with ±0.1mm tolerance

Forming & Welding

CNC press brakes achieve ±0.5° bending accuracy, combined with robotic MIG welding for consistent joint quality

Surface Treatment

7-stage pretreatment system followed by electrostatic powder coating, ensuring 1000+ hour salt spray resistance
